WELCOME TO MY ADULTHOOD

I promised to describe my awesome birthday week, and here I go!
My birthday for myself actually started on its eve. Here at the university we had a big students initiation for all the freshers on the 3rd of October. As I already described in the previous post, we listened to the speech of our cool rector, swore with a strange students' vow and DANCED! Though I stood near my group mates, who rocked out as crazy, but I was accompanied by Kirill, who had told me beforehand he didn't dance, so in the beginning I hid my amazing ability to rock the floor. But then we all couldn't refuse the energy of our guys (especially of our course leader, he was the most awesome), so even all not-dancers shook their bodies with us. I called this marvelous mess a 'pre-party'. Then Kirill and I went for a walk at our beautiful campus sea-front, and we wandered long enough to... meet my 18th birthday sitting on the bench.
When I returned to the dormitory, a cute surprise was waiting for me. Cherry Lady had created a real celebration for me, while I was out, with the balloons made of plastic bags, a birthday cake with a candle, which actually were a simple jam roll and a plastic fork. My friend moved our dining table in the center of the room, so it felt even more celebrating. It was so unexpected and nice, I couldn't help smiling. Nevertheless, my friend's presents were real enough! She gave me an awesome cat-muzzle purse, a pair of earrings with the pictures of a cat too, aaaaaaaand a TARDIS pendant!! The very pendant I'd wanted, and I'd never told anyone about that! Pure mind-connection!

The most exciting present I received after my classes on my birthday. My parents came to me! They came to Vladivostok for a week to spend it with me, and also my mother would pass some her doctor stuff the next weekend. My uncle brought my parents right at my campus, so I showed them the territory, and as long as my mother had already seen it with me in August, my dad was shocked. He'd never visited anything like that on our island, so he was absolutely satisfied with the place where I studied. Then I grabbed some things and we went to the city. There a splendid restaurant I'd already chosen in August was waiting for us to come. I'd already known the food would be the most delicious and the waiter was the coolest one. And I'd also already known about the surprise the waiters would present me - they sang a part of one Russian birthday song and granted me a dessert with a candle on it (a real one this time). It was so gorgeous! My company was made of my parents, my uncle and aunt and their younger daughter (and our waiter, of course, such a cutie). Everyone liked what we ordered, we ate everything, and I had the most excellent time with my parents and the people who mean a lot for my life nowadays.

The next point on my party week was going out to the bar with my group mates. It turned out to be two bars in the end, but let me tell you everything in a row. The first bar had a fancy name "BarBar", and in the beginning there were 10 of us (generally there are 17 people in our group) with only one boy among the girls, and the boy wasn't our course leader Anton, it was Zhenya, who was and still is unlucky for us to be the most annoying person in the world (even my elder sister is nicer comparing with him). In "BarBar" I decided to taste the cocktails I'd only heard of before, so then it was my chance to try famous drinks. Here's my list: Cosmopoliten, Tequila Sunrise, Sex On The Beach and Long Island Iced Tea. Yeah, I'd already drunk Long Island, but I had liked it and my girls were about to taste that famous cocktail, so blah blah blah all that jazz...

"Shoot me like Carrie Bradshaw!"

Then half a group went home and another half, including me, headed to the bar called "Kill Fish". And it was really such a killing place!! Keep in mind that we all had been already drunk, and it was funny from the start. The bar had its original cocktails, namely I drank the Irish Rose (a really rough one), Sex With The Captain (a variant of Sex On The Beach, I suppose). Our barman was a very funny bloke, even being drunk as hell I had power to appreciate that. When I ordered 2 Sexes With The Captain for me and my friend, he yelled to the door: "CAPTAAAAIN! THE CAPTAIN'S ASSISTAAAAANT!" That was so hilarious! And when I came to the bar counter to get our cocktails, they weren't ready yet; but as I've said the barman was the right guy. He was about to shake four cocktails, so when I came up, he gave me two of them and asked to shake along with him. He even turned kinda a makarena song on, so we danced with the glasses together. I still can't get through how he trusted me to do anything while I was so drunk?! But indeed, I didn't break anything that night, though it might seem strange for celebrating my birthday :D
But no matter how awesome I felt then, "Kill Fish" was too superfluous for me. Looking back, we all, who went to the second bar, decided next time we'll go straight ahead to "Kill Fish" to feel fine not only during the party, but after it too. STILL IT WAS AMAZING!! And there's no decent photo I would share with you.
The next day, as Tuesday was my day-off, I braced up and went shopping with my mom. Still feeling a bit hungover, I tried to be strong without showing what a fabulous night I had. Though I was near to fall asleep while Mom tried some clothes on in another boutique, in the evening we had a good dinner together with Dad.
As I mentioned before, everyday after the classes I hooked up with my parents (usually with Mom only, because Dad wasn't a fan of walking around Vladivostok with its hills) and spent time with them till the very evening. Until the next weekend came.
The party closing my unbelievable celebration was held at the weekend October, 11-12. Cherry Lady, Rodion, Kirill and I wanted to visit "Drujba", but there was too crowded, so we went to the first bar on our way, it turned out to be "Chkalov", dedicated to the aviation. It was fantastic with wine for the girls and beer for the boys in the beginning and tequila for everyone in the end. Time to time we went out to breathe in some fresh air, and due to the alcohol in our blood the night didn't seem to be the October one. When we were back at our campus, Cherry Lady and I managed to get the boys to our room, so no security saw us. We were so lucky! The party continued at our place, though we didn't drink anything else. And I'm gonna abruptly stop my description of that night here, because there's nothing else I would tell here.

The next morning my Mom called me saying my uncle and aunt wanted to show us some beautiful places on the Russky island and then we would have a cozy dinner at their place on the island. I summoned my strength once again, but I must admit I wasn't that hungover that time. Our friends showed us beautiful places of interest, then we got to the house. There was a fireplace in their flat, so we cooked meat right on an open fire. It was so marvelous! It was our so-called 'farewell banquet', because my parents was leaving for my hometown the next day.

The uncle Alik (in the blue T-shirt) and my Dad

This is how I spent my last week celebrating, probably, the most exciting age of one's life in Russia. The next date is going to be my 21. And yes, I still keep in mind my dream of coming in Las Vegas on turning 21.
The song of that week, let it be "***Flawless (Remix)" by Beyonce feat. Nicky Minaj, because that week was literally FLAWLESS. To tell the truth, I'm in love with that version of "***Flawless", I adore Bey's verse, can't even choose my fav line, so freakum sexy!! The video is a live performance from her latest concert in Paris.

Dum-da-de-da

Working on my...

I never thought I would be so happy as I was yesterday seeing our interpreter and curator from Japan work in August. We talked and had fun, it felt like we hadn't even said "goodbye" to each other!

As I came home late from dinner, I still had to do my homework, therefore - follow my thought - I haven't slept enough last night. Therefore today after my English lesson I've dedicated my time to me, myself and I, eating and sleeping. And eating.
Talking about eating, at school we've been measured our weight, height and arterial tension. Like I thought I've put on some weight. Well, now there's an aim to take it off.
Also yesterday, before the meeting with Japanese friends, my friends and I had an awesome walk meeting more friends and taking photos. And the photos are the coolest as usual.

Soon all series will start their new seasons - so excited! Except just "Doctor Who" and "Sherlock" - they make us wait wait wait....
Though I'm not a big fan of rap, but latest rap music is pretty nice for me, so there's even one artist I like listening to, it's Iggy Azalea. I don't know why, but she rocks me with her beats and melodies, so I'm sharing this with you. The song of the day will be "Work", the song she's become worldwide popular.

[VERSE 1:]
Walk a mile in these Louboutins
But they don't wear these shits where I'm from
I'm not hating, I'm just telling you
I'm tryna let you know what the fuck I've been through
Two feet in the red dirt, school skirt
Sugar cane, back lanes
3 jobs, took years to save
But I got a ticket on that plane
People got a lot to say
But don't know shit bout where I was made
Or how many floors that I had to scrub
Just to make it past where I am from

[REPEAT 4x:]
No money, no family. 16 in the middle of Miami.

[HOOK:]
I've been up all night, tryna get that rich
I've been work work work work working on my shit
Milked the whole game twice gotta get it how I live
I've been work work work work working on my shit
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Working on my shit

[VERSE 2:]
You can hate it or love it
Hustle and the struggle is the only thing I'm trusting
Thoroughbred in a mud brick before the budget
White chick on that Pac shit
My passion was ironic
And my dreams were uncommon
Guess I gone crazy, first deal changed me
Robbed blind basically raped me
Rose through the bullshit like a matador
Just made me madder and adamant to go at em
And even the score
So, I went harder
Studied the Carters till a deal was offered
Slept cold on the floor recording
At 4 in the morning and now I'm passing the bar
Like a lawyer
Immigrant, art ignorant
Ya ill intent was insurance for my benefit
Hate to be inconsiderate, but the industry took my innocence
Too late, now I'm in this bitch!
You don't know the half
This shit get real
Valley girls giving
Blow jobs for Louboutins
What do you call that?
Head over heels

[REPEAT 4x:]
No money, no family. 16 in the middle of Miami.

[HOOK:]
I've been up all night, tryna get that rich
I've been work work work work working on my shit
Milked the whole game twice gotta get it how I live
I've been work work work work working on my shit
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Working on my shit

[VERSE 3:]
Pledge allegiance to the struggle
Ain't been easy
But cheers to Peezy for the weeks we lived out of duffel
Bags is all we had
Do anything for my Mum, I love you
One day I'll pay you back
For the sacrifice
That ya managed to muscle
16 you sent me through customs
So….
All aboard my spaceship to Mercury
Turn first at the light that's in front of me
Cause every night Ima do it like it's my last
This dream is all that I need
Cause it's all that I ever had

[OUTRO 2x:]
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Working on my shit

Lately Britney Spears has released her new single "Work Bitch", and it's probably on the same theme. I've just listened to the song, and even though Britney's beat is more dancing, I like Iggy's "Work" more.
Well, I can dance for everything.

Be brave, work on your shit.

P.S. Now I want Louboutins.

50 Ways To Say...

Tomorrow our school days will be finally officially over for this academic year!
And today my mom I've been o the concert of a dance group which works with our chorus. We went to China with some guys from the collective, they're really nice.
My friend trys to get Coca-Cola glasses, but the lack of th glasses at the place prevents her. Let's hope tomorow she'll get everything she need.
Aaah, it became warm, and all these abominable insects have come to our places, walking on my blanket and flying around my room. Oh God, it's the worst side of summer. The second bad side of summer is that it ends.
There's not so much to write about when I have a day off and do nothing (because when I do something, I can write twice, you remember). Therefore it's time for the song of the day.
Today it's "50 Ways To Say Goodbye" by sweet band "Train" (Sheldon loves trains). You will probably not find there all 50 ways, but Spanish melodies attracts. And the music video's cool:

My heart is paralyzed
My head was oversized
I'll take the high road like I should
You said it's meant to be
That it's not you, it's me
You're leaving now for my own good

That's cool, but if my friends ask where you are I'm gonna say

She went down in an airplane
Fried getting suntanned
Fell in a cement mixer full of quicksand
Help me, help me, I'm no good at goodbyes!
She met a shark under water
Fell and no one caught her
I returned everything I ever bought her
Help me, help me, I'm all out of lies
And ways to say you died

My pride still feels the sting
You were my everything
Some day I'll find a love like yours (a love like yours)
She'll think I'm Superman
Not super minivan
How could you leave on Yom Kippur?

That's cool, but if my friends ask where you are I'm gonna say

She was caught in a mudslide
Eaten by a lion
Got run over by a crappy purple Scion
Help me, help me, I'm no good at goodbyes!
She dried up in the desert
Drowned in a hot tub
Danced to death at an east side night club
Help me, help me, I'm all out of lies
And ways to say you died

I wanna live a thousand lives with you
I wanna be the one you're dying to love...
But you don't want to

That's cool, but if my friends ask where you are I'm gonna say
That's cool, but if my friends ask where you are I'm gonna say

She went down in an airplane
Fried getting suntanned
Fell in a cement mixer full of quicksand
Help me, help me, I'm no good at goodbyes!
She met a shark under water
Fell and no one caught her
I returned everything I ever bought her
Help me, help me, I'm all out of lies

She was caught in a mudslide
Eaten by a lion
Got run over by a crappy purple Scion
Help me, help me, I'm no good at goodbyes!
She dried up in the desert
Drowned in a hot tub
Danced to death at an east side night club
Help me, help me, I'm all out of lies
And ways to say you died

Only Teardrops

Yesterday I was too tired to write anything, though there were things to write about. Of course, I'm about the Grand Final of Eurovision Song Concert 2013! Grand Final is the only reason I wake up at 6 a.m. on Sunday once a year. And the Grand Final 2013 was nice too. You see, bookmakers and I were right giving Denmark the 1st place. Our girl Dina got the 5th position, but everyone thought she'd get a higher one.
Gladly the geographic system of voting didn't work this year, some results were really unexpectable. On the other hand, it's a little bit vexing that Russia didn't recieve a point from Azerbaijan.
Moreover, it was nice to see my favourite Eric Saade, helping the host Petra in the Green Room during the final of the Grand Final! [TAUTOLOGY-STYLE]
As far as you remember, I already made the winner song "Only Teardrops" the song of the day 2-3 posts ago. Therefore I offer you another song I like from Eurovision this year - it's "Tomorrow" by the paediatrician Gianluca Bezzina from Malta. My friend called him "local Mr. Schue", and I agree with her - they're the same cute.

Probably, I'm about to miss some lessons in the end of the week, and even my 'favourite' economics. I wonder if our economics teacher a.k.a. Red Beotch misses me.

Since yesterday I've been feeling myself like I'm ill, although I'm not. I hope I'm not. I don't know why, but yesterday after watching Eurovision I started feeling bad, and it hasn't stopped even today. Ok, I've got my sore throat since I was at the music school prom, because I could shout out there a lot, though I wouldn't say so. But how can I explain my all condition?

Be brave, don't get ill on the treshold of summer

P.S.

P.P.S. I watched the season final of "Doctor Who" and did understand nothing.

Back To Life

If the party is dead,
We can bring it back to life.
From "Back To Life" by "3Oh!3"

I've just watched the last episodes of "The Vampire Diaries" and "Glee". Well, here's the reasons why you should watch it too:
~ Naked Claus
~ Santana; Finn vs. Brody
I won't say that they're amazing episodes, though I've just done it.
Today I've had a stupid school conference with our English project about American series. My friend and I told about "The Big Bang Theory", "The Vampire Diaries" and "Glee". Ha, I should say that my friend and I prepared it in the begining of the academic year and after we did it she became interested and started watching "Glee".
Since next Tuesday I'll study with my English tutor not only on Saturdays, but on Tuesdays too.
I'm listening to new song of my favourite band "3Oh!3". They're gonna brand their new album on 18th June, so you can guess what I'll buy in the USA! If I do, I'll be the happiest one again. :D
As you can understand, the song of the day will be a new single by "3Oh!3" called "Back To Life" from their new album "Omens". And the music video is actually great! I'm glad the guy also look amazing.

There's a drum line in my heartbeat
I know exactly where it's from
They're turning off the street lamps
They say the day is almost done

There's a ringing in my ears now
I remember how it was
The feeling we had last night
And it won't stop now because

Everybody says hey, no
We don't wanna see this day go
If I ever had my say, so
We can make this go all night, night, night

'Cause if the party is dead
We can bring it back to life
Yeah, we can make it through the night
If you listen to the words that I say

'Cause if the party is dead
All we need is candle light
And a little bit of dynamite
Everybody will get out of our way

I got a a song stuck in my head
I know exactly why it's there
There's a noise outside my bedroom
And I don't even care

If I ever said "go home"
Everybody here would say "hell no"
All we gotta do is just let go
We can make it through the night

'Cause if the party is dead
We can bring it back to life
Yeah, we can make it through the night
If you listen to the words that I say

'Cause if the party is dead
All we need is candle light
And a little bit of dynamite
Everybody will get out of our way

We can bring it back to life
Yeah, we can bring it back to life

'Cause I'm never gonna get these drums out of my head
And I'm never gonna get some sleep inside of my bed
And I'm sorry if good night is something I never said, said, said

'Cause if the party is dead
We can bring it back to life
Yeah, we can make it through the night
If you listen to the words that I say

'Cause if the party is dead
All we need is candle light
And a little bit of dynamite
Everybody will get out of our way

We can bring it back to life
Yeah, we can bring it back to life

You're gonna love this! Be brave!

The World Is Calling

Tomorrow we won't study because of the elections. But I'll go preparing to the intelectual games. LOL
I'm watching new episodes of a new 6th season of "The Big Bang Theory". You know, almost every series is spoken "how it's changed! the first season was the best!" and all the rubish. So I'm glad "The Big Bang Theory" doesn't change! They're all there just "oh goody, oh goody, oh goody!"
Also I congratulate my friend with the start of a new season of her favourite series "The Vampire Diares"!
I guess soon, already next week or so I'll have a new mobile phone! YEY!
The song of the day will be "In Love With The World" by Aura Dione. And I can say that song's about me enough.

You're in love with a girl who's in love with the world
And all I wanna do is spend a little time with you
You spend all your time waiting
Told you right from the start that I'm no 9 to 5
I'm not planning to stay, wish I could see you every day
But I'm chasing a dream for a living

I'm not what you wanted you're not what I needed
This love is a burden, my heart can't repeat it
I've been here before, gotta let you go

I believed in you and me
Hope to be everything you ever wanted
But you're asking for more you're too insecure

You're in love with a girl who's in love with the world
And all I wanna do is spend a little time with you
You spend all your time waiting
Told you right from the start that I'm no 9 to 5
I'm not planning to stay, wish I could see you every day
But I'm chasing a dream for a living

You know it's a fact that my suitcase is packed
And then I beg you to say that it's okay
That I can go to the end of the world
And still be your girl

Call me on the phone say you hate to be alone
It's my fault that you almost cheated
I've been here before you're too insecure

You're in love with a girl who's in love with the world
And all I wanna do is spend a little time with you
You spend all your time waiting
Told you right from the start that I'm no 9 to 5
I'm not planning to stay, wish I could see you every day
But I'm chasing a dream for a living

Oh oh oh the world is calling
Oh oh oh the world is calling
The world is big enough for me

And here's my usual pictures for night:

Can't Let You Go

Oh, it's already my Birthday's Eve!
I have a pleasent news - I've had a talk with Antonio in the chat! We haven't chated for a long time, only writen letters. But because of my having come relatives I had to go :( So I hope we'll chat later.
Now I'm doing my homework, exactly reading literature about M. Lermontov. But in the moment I'm watching an episode of "The Big Bang Theory", so it's pretty hard to read.
I don't sleep enough these days, and I can do nothing with it.
And here's some sweet pictures for you

"Lies" by Marina And The Diamonds is the song of the day

A little bit sad, but what?
Just be brave

With No Phone

Hahaha, I've lost my mobile phone! You may think there's nothing funny, but the main point is I've lost it in my home!! WTF, mates? And I can't call on it, because it's not available! #lifepain
And what do you think about those hashtags? They're generally used in Twitter, but not only there, you know. I'm not about all tags at all, but about funny one, like #lifepain #wtf #what #imnothorny #lol and others. Because one my friend loves that stuff as I do, but another one is annoyed with the hashtags!
I have no plans for the rest of the day. Well, now I'm going to watch the 24th episode of the 4rth "The Big Bang Theory" season. Probably then I'll do my homework, if I have one. Some day ago I started reading history of the Russians tsars, because I'll better learn history by myself than I study it at school with my moron-teacher! I really like history, I like almost all the sciences, but I can't study them well with our teachers. Of course, some of them are really cool, but the most are too old to teach us intresting and inspiring.
In 1,5 weeks my birthday will be. My parents and I decided my present would be a camera, and my mom asked her acquaintances to bring it from Japan. I asked this one:

I hope I'll get it!^________^
The song of the day will be pretty old but still sexy song "Milkshake" by Kelis! Dance, dance, girls!;D

The dog days are over, the dog days are done!

Since today I can freely say to everybody I study in the 10th grade with the socio-humanitarian profile. Yey! It's all because of my interlocution in my school today, where everyone talked with our director and decided which class to go. So, I did it easily, because I am high achiever. GET IT!
Right now I'm watching the 15th episode of the 3rd season of "The Big Bang Theory". On having watched it I'll go to the bathroom. So, I should.
Tomorrow my friend from Korea will celebrate her Birthday. Oh, how well that I've already prepared a gift for her! It's a bracelet she likes and a card. Hope, it'll be funny!:)
Well, I slowly prepare for my travel. So yesterday I sorted all my clothes in the closet. Of course, it's not only for the travel, but for all my others days, because if I didn't have any special events, I wouldn't do it soon. And now my closet has become emptier in 2 times.
Also yesterday was a terrific day! After geting the certificates we went to the supermarket and I bought there 4 rings and a bracelet (not counting the bracelet for my friend)!! I'm so happy! You'd know how I adore all that stuff!!
How long ago did I post a Very Intresting Blog? However, finally I'm doing it right now! A Very Intresting Blog Today is

TWENTYFOURSEVEN

So, here's a link: http://twentyfourseven-247.blogspot.com

The song of the day will be... To tell the truth, now I can't help listening Lana Del Ray. But I'm afraid you may say: "We're fed up with your Lana!". Therefore I want to diversify my song of the days with other lovely songs. Therefore the song of the day will be "Don't You Remember" by Adele. I've missed her in my blog, and today here she goes! Enjoy!

And I want to give you a picture for the night (because I've got the night outside)

THE HOLIDAYS HAVE TOTALLY COME TODAY!

Big Bang

How long I haven't written here! And I've got some news for you.
Now I'm fond of "The Big Bang Theory". Prolonged applause, my brothers! Finally I'm totally in love with that great series! Even right now I'm going to watch the 19th episode of the 2nd season.

Not good news is my english lessons are totally over. In the end of August I'll have to look for a new tutor. But while it's summer and I won't have any lessons anyway, I'll read "The Silver Kiss" by Annette Curtis Klause. It's an original book in English. It was published in the USA, but my friend brought me "The Silver Kiss" from Korea. My English tutor would be proud of me, because before I've read only adapted books. But now I read "The Silver Kiss" and I understand it! I wouldn't say I like vampire stories, but I like that one.

Just now I've watched "Mirrow Mirrow". Well, it's beautiful movie, what can I say else?
What about my finishing school, so tommorow I will get my school leaving certificate! And it won't be an exellent one because of algebra. OH GOD! I've got only one "B"!
But exactly in a week, on the 28th of June, Thusday, I will go to... St.-Petersburg!!! Uh, it will not only St.-Petersburg, but Moscow and some other places too. But I'm very glad anyway!!
The song of the day will be cute funny song "Time" by an Israeli band "Izabo". Let's enjoy!
