Big Christmas Time

I've been too busy these days, so here's a little chronicle of mine.

25.12.2013
Hey, it was Catholic Christmas! My congratulations! But still it was the busiest day of the day - I had too many things to do. I was at school for a longer time than usual because we, girls, had to finish sewing the suits of the boys. In the evening we had a party with the chorus, so Dasha and I had only about 3 hours before it to do everything each of us needed and... dye my hair. Yup! It was my aim #1 that day. I wanted to make a surprise for everyone at chorus and at school the next day, so I hadn't told no one about my plans to make the ends of my hair be red again. Expecting my worries about the lack of the time, my friend and I had no problem with the execution of my idea. Ah, well, she dyed me a little bit awry, but it's not a big deal.

We used up my American hair-dye; it was "Punky Colour" Vermilion Red by "Jerome Russell". If I knew it would be so cool and I would like it so much, I'd buy more jars with different colours. We didn't brighten my hair this time, so red ends don't look so synthetic now as it was past August. After making dip dye, I prepared quickly to go to the chorus. Certainly, I put my new dress on. Frankly speaking, everyone liked my look. (Yeah, I've been lazy to cut some photos up)

26.12.2013
OH GOD the day came. This day is a big day of our New Year performances. I had to wake up at 6 a.m. (though usually I try to raise my ass an hour later) to fix myself up generally, handle with the hair-rollers and put false eyelashes on. We'd been told to come to school by 8 o'clock, and all the madness started at 9 a.m. We spent only 3-5 minutes for our dance of snowmen and snowflakes, but we had to repeat it every hour and, what is the most draining, we had to wait. We ate, wandered around the school, took photos. Also there was a disco after the play for each parallels of the classes, and to make children move we joined their discos. And there we were rocking the fuck out. I guess, many pupils didn't dance because they watched how we did it! We had 6 performances, and we taught 'em how to rock at 5 discos ( simply because we missed the 1st one for the 5th grades). Dasha instagrammed how we were improvising "Gangnam Style" for the 7th grades - clickclickclick
I don't know if the pupils liked our stuff, but we did, generally. The main idea of the play was that it was played only by the senior students. Our organizer just helped us to do that, some teachers sewed costumes. You see, usually teachers performed different plays to us, and this year we did everything by ourselves.

I've downloaded some photos of our dance taken by another girl.

You can recognize me with my white band and
curly half-red ends

Disco-part of our trick

You will be surprised what song had been chosen for the fast part of our dance. Check it! It hits my brain, I think I'll literally throw up if I hear this song one more time.

27.12.2013
Oh man, the last day of the school this year! Yey! I got all A's, super excellent, though everyone knows my math isn't so good. We had only three lessons, I presented everything I'd prepared to my friends and teachers. Then I came home and SLEPT! ALL DAY!
Now I remembered Dasha made some awesome stuff for me, and I've made it. I've already posted about that new Internet trend, it's so funny!

I have some series to watch their Christmas episodes. Firstly, I'm gonna watch "Doctor Who"; other Whovians would kill me because of the fact of not having watched the episode. You should know that Mr. Capaldi appears there.
What about the song of the day, so I'll put here what I wanted to do on 25th December. TSOTD is going to be my favourite Christmas song called "Last Christmas", and you can pick out your own favourite version.

Be brave this Christmas and give hearts to right hands

Blue Post

I'm feeling so down.
I'm still a little bit angry with my friend, because I'm done with his jokes - they are stupid! So I didn't talk to him for a day, today I did, but it wasn't so friendly and  happy as I'm used to talking to him. If he said "sorry", everything would be as it's meant to be. He tried to make me talk, but I'm humanitarian - one word can change my mind, but I haven't heard it yet. Besides, Dasha mentioned yesterday he wasn't so funny as usual, and told me he was sad because I put up a silent boycott. And I have to admit my guilty friend was also blue today. Well, I'm not the one to suffer. I understand it's foolish to take offense at idle jests and tricks, but you can guess there isn't only that stuff; like a storage counter I collect some mordant jokes and dumb acts, and then my mind blows up and I shout out "THAT'S ALL! I'M DONE. I DON'T TALK TO YOU ANYMORE!"
Moreover, I wasn't great at my English lesson, and it confused me a bit. I'm not about that my tutor criticizes me somehow, she never does; I'm about criticizing myself - I feel like I'm let down when I fail in the things I'm sure about.
And generally I never sleep enough.
But my day's had some good things too! Firstly, I was told I'll participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad for history. I was shocked and puzzled! Certainly, it's cool, but I always tell you I'm a jolly fool at history. No, it doesn't mean I won't take part in that amazing event. I have time to prepare.
One more awesome news is that we bought a fir-tree! We always but natural ones. In some day my mom and I will fix it up, and it'll be a cute Christmas tree, I'm sure. Yesterday Dasha and I also decorated a Christmas tree at school.

Our tree
The tree and some decoration at school
Yesterday's evening and today I spent with "Right There" by Ariana Grande feat. Big Sean. As it gets a normal thing, I didn't like the song for the first time. But then, even without listening to it, I started to hum it and couldn't stop. So yesterday I took a grip on myself, and here it goes! Marvellous Ariana and Naya Rivera's fiance represent us "Romeo And Juliette" story.

(If you wanna party, if you, if you wanna party)
Then put your hands up (put your hands up)
(If you wanna party, if, if, if you wanna party)
Then put your hands up (put your hands up)
You got it, you got it babe
You got it, you got it babe
You got it, you got it babe
You got it, you got it babe

[Big Sean:]
Sean Don!
Okay, this, this, this
For my number one girl
Who got the top spot title
Spent an hour in the bathroom
Walked out looking like a model,
God! Doing what you do,
Got me right there with Apollo,
On the moon (moon)
Who needs genies in a bottle girl
If they already got you
(Got you, I got you)

[Ariana:]
Boy you make me feel so lucky
Finally the stars align
Never has it been so easy
To be in love and to give you
This heart of mine

You know what I need (aye)
I know what you like, (aye)
Put it all together baby
We could be alright (hey)
How could this be wrong
When it feels so right
Yeah, I really love you
I really love you
And I'll never let you go...

You should know
I'm never gonna change
I'm always gonna stay
You call for me
I'm right there (right there)
Right there (right there)

Cause you listen and you care
You're so different
No one compares
And if you never change
I'm gonna stay right there
I'll always be right there

You got it, you got it babe
You got it, you got it babe

I get butterflies, just thinking
About you boy you're on my mind
Sometimes I catch myself daydreaming
Lost in your eyes and I lose all track of time

You know what I need (aye)
I know what you like, (aye)
Put it all together baby
We could be alright (hey)
How could this be wrong
When it feels so right
Yeah I really need you
I really love you
And I'll never let you go...

You should know
I'm never gonna change
I'm always gonna stay
You call for me
I'm right there (right there)
Right there (right there)

Cause you listen and you care
It's so different
No one compares
And if you never change
I'm gonna stay right there
I'll always be right there

[Big Sean:]
(What okay what)
Now if all fell through
Would you catch me before the pavement (what)
If my Benz turned back to public transportation
Would you still be at home for me with the candles waiting (what)
And get my mind back adjacent the place of a young visionary
A player too
You know I have some girls missionary (oh)
My black book
And numbers thicker than the dictionary
And Bible I got it recycled
I love and I like you
Five course meals even though you don't mind a drive-thru
That's why I got you

[Ariana:]
And I'll never let you go... (I got you)

You should know
I'm never gonna change (I'm never gonna change)
I'm always gonna stay (I'm always gonna stay)
When you call for me
I'm right there (right there)
Right there

Cause you listen and you care
You're so different
No one compares
And if you never change
I'm gonna stay right there
I'll always be right there

(If you wanna party, if you, if you wanna party)
You got it, I'll always be right there
(If you wanna party, if if if you wanna party)
I'll always be right there
You got it, you got it babe
You got it, you got it babe
You got it, you got it babe
You got it, you got it babe
Got it babe.

I Came In Like A Cannonball

Oh goody oh goody oh goody! Semi-annual exams' time has come! Yesterday we wrote a test for Russian, and tomorrow we'll have a real ordeal - a test for maths! I hope I'll get an easy variant and remember all the formulas. God, save the Queen me.

Love Song Today

Today's such a good day!
Only yesterday I was told I would participate in the 2nd step of municipal stage of English Olympiad. OH GOD And today I did it. The 2nd step means speaking - you need to make a monologue or a dialogue (or some mix of them) with a random partner. I was so nervous since the very morning, then I got a boy from the gymnasium to be my partner - it made me feel more anxious, because pupils from gymnasiums are usually better prepared for such competitions, and their knowledge is better and deeper. But the theme of conversation turned out to be pretty easy ("Mobile phones - a blessing or a curse?"), and during our dialogue I realized that I wasn't worse in English than the boy, we were pretty equal. But we misunderstood the task: instead of making monologues and than listening to each other's questions about that, we made a nice dialogue! The selection committee liked our dialogue, therefore let us just speak our monologue without any more question. The main thing for me was just to pretend that everything was ok and smile as wide as possible.
After the Olympiad I visited hairdressing saloon. And it's a big deal! Because, you know, I go to the hairdressing saloon maximum twice a year, last time I cut my hair right before going to the USA. And now I'd been done with my thin hair and split ends and decided it was time to make it look healthy. I write just "look", because it'll take a long time to make my hair look healthy as it is. Anyhow, now I've got a sweet hairstyle (nothing extraterrestrial, but I liked the way a hairdresser made it) and a new oil to try out for my poor hair.

After my English lesson I bought a present for my classmate ("third") Dasha. I hadn't known what to buy to her, but than I saw That Thing understood it was what I'd get. I think she'll like it, and I hope, she'll use it. But what is That Thing? Oooh, I won't tell until the time come.
Now I feel like doing nothing, reading, watching something and preparing for tomorrow's literature Olympiad at the same time. Probably, I'll have time to do everything little by little.
And the song of the day will be "Love Song" originally by Sara Bareilles, but I prefer the version by "Glee" girls.

Head under water

And they tell me to breathe easy for a while
The breathing gets harder, even I know that
Made room for me but it's too soon to see
If I'm happy in your hands
I'm unusually hard to hold on to

Blank stares at blank pages
No easy way to say this
You mean well, but you make this hard on me

I'm not gonna write you a love song
'cause you asked for it
'cause you need one, you see
I'm not gonna write you a love song
'cause you tell me it's make or break in this
If you're on your way
I'm not gonna write you to stay
If all you have is leaving I'ma need a better reason to write you a love song today, today

I learned the hard way
That they all say things you want to hear
And my heavy heart sinks deep down under you and your twisted words,
Your help just hurts
You are not what I thought you were
Hello to high and dry

Convinced me to please you
Made me think that I need this too
I'm trying to let you hear me as I am

I'm not gonna write you a love song
'cause you asked for it
'cause you need one, you see
I'm not gonna write you a love song
'cause you tell me it's make or break in this
If you're on your way
I'm not gonna write you to stay
If all you have is leaving I'ma need a better reason to write you a love song today

Promise me that you'll leave the light on
To help me see with daylight, my guide, gone
'cause I believe there's a way you can love me
Because I say

I won't write you a love song
'cause you asked for it
'cause you need one, you see
I'm not gonna write you a love song
'cause you tell me it's make or break in this

Is that why you wanted a love song?
'cause you asked for it
'cause you need one, you see
I'm not gonna write you a love song
'cause you tell me it's make or break in this
If you're on your way
I'm not gonna write you to stay
If your heart is nowhere in it
I don't want it for a minute
Babe, I'll walk the seven seas when I believe that there's a reason to write you a love song today, today

Shots... EVERYBODY

The city is my church
"Midnight City", M83

Hey, guys. Here I am sober, tired and having strange feelings withing my body. Well, they're not strange,  I felt this way before, but you know, it's always unpleasant to feel... the hangover. I'm not going to describe what we drank, but I just say it was amazing. It was my first time I tasted tequila. I immediately recall the song "Tequila Sunrise" by "The Eagles", though we drank tequila without any sunrises.
Due to the fact that the party was dedicated to my friend's and my Birthdays, I got some presents.
Firstly, I was presented the cutest money box in the world. It's "Mischief Bank" with the cat. THAT'S SO CUTE I CAN'T HELP GIVING IT MY MONEY! ^___________^

Moreover, my sweet crush gave me "Hugo Boss Femme" fragrance. Maybe, he can read thoughts, but I'd longed for a new perfume, and told only my girls about it. I treat fragrances as presents that can't always be successful, but only if you know what smell a person likes for sure. And I'd hardly pick out that "Hugo Boss Femme", because it's kinda 'not my scent', but it's still nice and it's presented by the boy I like. So, do I care about what I've just written? No. Now "Hugo Boss Femme" is my favourite one.

Another friend, Dasha (yeah, my third friend Dasha), granted me awesome accessories. It's the very style I love! Roses, vintage, old gold (it's not gold, though). I'm gonna put it on right tomorrow.

Right now I'm watching new episodes of some series. Tonight I'm going to cry a river with the new episode of "Glee". Cory, Cory...
As long as I don't know what to write, here's you night pictures.

In the beginning I wanted to make "Shots" by LMFAO the song of the day, because this song totally reflects our amazing party. But while I've been writing, I've listened to "Midnight City" by M83 (you can notice it in my night images), so I give you 2 songs of the day.

Well, she was just 17

Here I am seventeen. So cool! Like my father has said, "16 is too young yet, 18 is adult already, and 17 is kinda special period. There're so many songs exactly about 17..." And yeah, he's right. I know it's gonna be hard, it's gonna be amazing, but it's my seventeen.
Dasha presented me - you wouldn't believe! - Lamborghini! That's true, but I've just not mentioned the fact that it's a toy copy of Lamborghini Murciélago with the radio control! SO AWESOME! And yup, I'm a 17-years-old girl. Also I got crazy lots of sweets. If you asked what my parents had presented me, I should remind you that my new laptop is my Birthday present.
Here's some photos of the day:

My preeeeeeseeents!
As I had planned, my friends came to me afternoon and we ate Birthday cake.In the evening my parents and I had family dinner congratulating me, and everything was nice.
Now strange though it may seem I'm going to watch a new episode of  "The Vampire Diaries" new season, I believe it's pretty exciting. And tomorrow I'll happen to watch a new episode of "Glee", the second part of their Beatlemania.
Turning back to the songs about 17 and the Beatles (yeeah, they're again!), the song of the day will be "I Saw Her Standing There", the first song from their first album. I know, there's just 1 line about the age, but it's exactly 17! So turn it on!!

(1,2,3,4!)

Well, she was just 17
You know what I mean
And the way she looked was way beyond compare
So how could I dance with another (Ooh)
When I saw her standing there

Well she looked at me, and I, I could see
That before too long I'd fall in love with her
She wouldn't dance with another (Whooh)
When I saw her standing there

Well, my heart went "boom"
When I crossed that room
And I held her hand in mine...

Whoah, we danced through the night
And we held each other tight
And before too long I fell in love with her
Now I'll never dance with another (Whooh)
Since I saw her standing there

Well, my heart went "boom"
When I crossed that room
And I held her hand in mine...

Whoah, we danced through the night
And we held each other tight
And before too long I fell in love with her
Now I'll never dance with another (Whooh)
Since I saw her standing there

There's also "Glee" version, where I've actually heard that song for the first time. *shame on me*

Moreover, I've picked out some more songs mentioning 17 years, therefore I'll see them as the songs of the day later.
And now I should go do my homework and other things, so goodbye and see you!

Be brave!

A Hard Day's Night

I'm on the edge of excitement! You know, someone hates birthday, someone treats it neutral, and I'm looking forward to my Great Day! I don't know why, but I feel like everything must be  p e r f e c t  tomorrow. And it seems to be: there's no argument with anyone, there's no annoying boyfriend spoiling my mood overnight, I have no rehearsal or lesson tomorrow, so why it shouldn't be amazing?
I won't put up a big party tomorrow, just some my friends and me eating a cake. But my friend Ilya will have his Birthday on the 8th of October, and the next weekend we're going to have an AWESOME time at my place with all our mutual friends. But it'll be in a week, and now... I wonder if I'm going to sleep tonight!
Today I've had a really hard day. I had time to go to school, then I even dozed off for a bit; after there came my English lesson. After the lesson Dasha came to me and helped with tiding my flat up. I had thought it would be horrible, but we did it quickly, and now my flat's shining. And of course don't miss my rehearsal - I went there too. And now home, sweet home. Fortunately I've got not so many things for my homework. I've already decided what to wear tomorrow - yes, it's important!
One my acquaintance have just congratulated me with my Birthday. Many people think it isn't right and good to congratulate beforehand, but actually I don't give a shit about it. It's so pleasant to be congratulated, when you're told good words.
"A Hard Day's Night" suits my condition right now. Have you watched the new episode of "Glee"? If yes, then you know that the song was sung there nicely. So get the song of the day today!

It's been a hard day's night, and I'd been working like a dog
It's been a hard day's night, I should be sleeping like a log
But when I get home to you I find the things that you do
Will make me feel alright

You know I work all day to get you money to buy you things
And it's worth it just to hear you say you're going to give me everything
So why on earth should I moan, cos when I get you alone
You know I feel OK

When I'm home everything seems to be right
When I'm home feeling you holding me tight, tight, yeah

It's been a hard day's night, and I'd been working like a dog
It's been a hard day's night, I should be sleeping like a log
But when I get home to you I find the things that you do
Will make me feel alright owww

So why on earth should I moan, cos when I get you alone
You know I feel OK

When I'm home everything seems to be right
When I'm home feeling you holding me tight, tight, yeah

It's been a hard day's night, and I'd been working like a dog
It's been a hard day's night, I should be sleeping like a log
But when I get home to you I find the things that you do
Will make me feel alright
You know I feel alright
You know I feel alright

I wish myself to spend my Birthday the coolest way I can! Be brave, Olga!

Working on my...

I never thought I would be so happy as I was yesterday seeing our interpreter and curator from Japan work in August. We talked and had fun, it felt like we hadn't even said "goodbye" to each other!

As I came home late from dinner, I still had to do my homework, therefore - follow my thought - I haven't slept enough last night. Therefore today after my English lesson I've dedicated my time to me, myself and I, eating and sleeping. And eating.
Talking about eating, at school we've been measured our weight, height and arterial tension. Like I thought I've put on some weight. Well, now there's an aim to take it off.
Also yesterday, before the meeting with Japanese friends, my friends and I had an awesome walk meeting more friends and taking photos. And the photos are the coolest as usual.

Soon all series will start their new seasons - so excited! Except just "Doctor Who" and "Sherlock" - they make us wait wait wait....
Though I'm not a big fan of rap, but latest rap music is pretty nice for me, so there's even one artist I like listening to, it's Iggy Azalea. I don't know why, but she rocks me with her beats and melodies, so I'm sharing this with you. The song of the day will be "Work", the song she's become worldwide popular.

[VERSE 1:]
Walk a mile in these Louboutins
But they don't wear these shits where I'm from
I'm not hating, I'm just telling you
I'm tryna let you know what the fuck I've been through
Two feet in the red dirt, school skirt
Sugar cane, back lanes
3 jobs, took years to save
But I got a ticket on that plane
People got a lot to say
But don't know shit bout where I was made
Or how many floors that I had to scrub
Just to make it past where I am from

[REPEAT 4x:]
No money, no family. 16 in the middle of Miami.

[HOOK:]
I've been up all night, tryna get that rich
I've been work work work work working on my shit
Milked the whole game twice gotta get it how I live
I've been work work work work working on my shit
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Working on my shit

[VERSE 2:]
You can hate it or love it
Hustle and the struggle is the only thing I'm trusting
Thoroughbred in a mud brick before the budget
White chick on that Pac shit
My passion was ironic
And my dreams were uncommon
Guess I gone crazy, first deal changed me
Robbed blind basically raped me
Rose through the bullshit like a matador
Just made me madder and adamant to go at em
And even the score
So, I went harder
Studied the Carters till a deal was offered
Slept cold on the floor recording
At 4 in the morning and now I'm passing the bar
Like a lawyer
Immigrant, art ignorant
Ya ill intent was insurance for my benefit
Hate to be inconsiderate, but the industry took my innocence
Too late, now I'm in this bitch!
You don't know the half
This shit get real
Valley girls giving
Blow jobs for Louboutins
What do you call that?
Head over heels

[REPEAT 4x:]
No money, no family. 16 in the middle of Miami.

[HOOK:]
I've been up all night, tryna get that rich
I've been work work work work working on my shit
Milked the whole game twice gotta get it how I live
I've been work work work work working on my shit
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Working on my shit

[VERSE 3:]
Pledge allegiance to the struggle
Ain't been easy
But cheers to Peezy for the weeks we lived out of duffel
Bags is all we had
Do anything for my Mum, I love you
One day I'll pay you back
For the sacrifice
That ya managed to muscle
16 you sent me through customs
So….
All aboard my spaceship to Mercury
Turn first at the light that's in front of me
Cause every night Ima do it like it's my last
This dream is all that I need
Cause it's all that I ever had

[OUTRO 2x:]
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Now get this work
Working on my shit

Lately Britney Spears has released her new single "Work Bitch", and it's probably on the same theme. I've just listened to the song, and even though Britney's beat is more dancing, I like Iggy's "Work" more.
Well, I can dance for everything.

Be brave, work on your shit.

P.S. Now I want Louboutins.

Dark Horse with Wings

Yo! Da Boss is in da house! My honey blog has reached over 10k views! So big amount! It even looks like binary code.

My urine analysis is given, my blood test is taken, I hope I'm healthy.
Today a new promo-single "Dark Horse" by Katy Perry has realized. It's so amazing! Katy's on again! The song's kinda SWAG, and it's really cool and rocks. I like it for sure.

Also in the USA the new season of "Dancing With The Stars" has started. I wouldn't mention it if it weren't Amber Riley. As long as I love "Glee", I follow the cast's news, so I know she's a participant, and she's got the cutest dancer to participate with. And here's their first performance! They rock as hard as Katy Perry's new song does! This couple is incredible. Therefore they're the first winner of the season.

You may treat "Dark Horse" as the song of the day. Or I offer you the soundtrack of Amber and Derek's performance "Wings" by Little Mix. The band is 4 nice British girls supposed to be new "Spice Girls".

Mama told me not to waste my life
She said spread your wings my little butterfly

Don't let what they say keep you up at night
And if they give you shhhh...
Then they can walk on by

My feet, feet can't touch the ground
And I can't hear a sound
But you just keep on running up your mouth yeah

Walk, walk on over there
'Cause I'm too fly to care, oh yeah

Your words don't mean a thing
I'm not listening
Keep talking, all I know is

Mama told me not to waste my life,
She said spread your wings my little butterfly
Don't let what they say keep you up at night
And they can't detain you
'Cause wings are made to fly
And we don't let nobody bring us down
No matter what you say – it won't hurt me
Don't matter if I fall from the sky
These wings are made to fly

(Hey, hey, woo!)

I'm firing up on that runway
I know we're gonna get there someday
But we don't need no "Ready. Steady. Go!", no

Talk, talk turns into air
And I don't even care, oh yeah

Your words don't mean a thing
I'm not listening
Keep talking, all I know is

Mama told me not to waste my life,
She said spread your wings my little butterfly
Don't let what they say keep you up at night,
And they can't detain you
'Cause wings are made to fly
And we don't let nobody bring us down
No matter what you say – it won't hurt me
Don't matter if I fall from the sky
These wings are made to fly

I don't need no one saying hey, hey, hey, hey
I don't hear no one saying hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
You better keep on walking
I don't wanna hear your talking, boy'd
You better keep on walking
I don't wanna hear your talking, boy'd

Your words don't mean a thing
I'm not listening
They're just like water off my wings

Mama told me not to waste my life
She said spread your wings my little butterfly (my little butterfly)
Don't let what they say keep you up at night
And they can't detain you
'Cause wings are made to fly
And we don't let nobody bring us down
No matter what you say – it won't hurt me
Don't matter if I fall from the sky
These wings are made to fly

And we don't let nobody bring us down
No matter what you say – it won't hurt me
Don't matter if I fall from the sky
These wings are made to fly

They even have the Korean version of the song.

Be brave!
