Teenage Crisis

Oh Gosh! I've just come back home from school, and I'm in hysterics. Last week we did a control test for chemistry, and today I've been said I've got 2 (or 'F'). I would be ok, but 1) it's the only control work in the whole term; 2) I'm about to get a gold medal for education; 3) our chemistry teacher can't be patient abd she always shouts out at the pupil, particularly at me. Especially at me. But it's not the end.
When I've come home, my mom has reminded one more time, that she's going to teach me different everyday's things in 1 year until I leave, though she had full 16 years of my life to teach me all these things. You see, I'm totally NOT a woman with good housekeeping skills, so lately we realized I can't tidy up the flat right, I can't do ironing good, I can't even cook a soup. And my mom hasn't tought my anything! If I do something, it means I've learnt it through my own experience or through my sister's tortures. I remember, when my sister and I were making up our flat, I always started crying and ran to my granny's room, because the sis criticized me severely and abused, I couldn't do anything, it didn't make me happy or so. Now I understand I just didn't know how to do (tidy in particular) right. So it's still inside me, and when I'm tiding up the flat, I'm always not in good mood and remembering my elder sister.
Moreover, I still don't know what I want to be. This is I don't know what career I want to work. A journalist?  A linguist? A translator or interpreter? A writer? A musician? An expert in literature? Of course, there're lots of professions people need, and I don't know what I need. I know where I'm going to study after school - it'll be the Department of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St.Petersburg State University. But there's no concrete profession. Therefore I'm lost still.

What can I do in this world? What was I born for? When the time of knowing it will come?

Warm Bodies

10
All we need is love,
Love is all we need.
The Beatles

I haven't told you my friends and I watched "Warm Bodies" last Thursday. And guys, the movie is marvellous! It's a great film for young people. There're many jokes and I guess the cast had a lot of fun filming it, because walking zombies look simply ridiculous! But, of course, the main idea of "Warm Bodies" (as the main idea of everything) is that everything is saved by love. But if you want more information, here's some lines from honey Wikipedia:
Warm Bodies is a 2013 American paranormal romantic zombie comedy film based on Isaac Marion's popular 2011 novel of the same name.
After a zombie apocalypse, R, a zombie, wanders around an airport which is now filled with abandoned buildings, broken-down vehicles, and hordes of his fellow undead, including his friend M. R and M achieve rudimentary communication with grunts and moans and "Eh's" and occasional near-words. As a zombie, R constantly craves human flesh, especially brains, as he is able to "feel alive" on the memories of their former owners. Julie Grigio and a group of her friends are sent out by Julie's father from a heavily-fortified, walled-off human enclave in the city to recover medical supplies from abandoned buildings. R and a pack of zombies attack the group, R sees Julie and falls in love with her. After shortly being shot in the chest by Julie's boyfriend, R kills Julie's boyfriend and eats his brain, giving R his thoughts and memories making his love for Julie becomes even stronger. He rescues Julie from the rest of the pack and takes her back to an airplane he lives in at an airport to keep her safe. The two bond, causing R to slowly begin to come to life.

And so on... How I realized, R and Julie subtly hint us at the story of Romeo and Juliet, but here the end is happy. Very happy, and I like it. Moreover I like the cast. But due to fact I'm a girl (having crashes on British men), I'll write you about the actor who has played the main charecter. Let me introduce you Nicolas Hoult. He's a 23-years old British actor, and many girls around the world know him for his role of Tony Stonem in "Skins" series. Also one of his big jobs is Hank McCoy/ Beast from "X-Men: First Class" (he'll appear as Beast in X-Men: Days of Future Past 2014 as well). Actually I've seen neither "Skins", nor "X-Men". But now I have a reason to watch them.

So I suggest everyone to watch "Warm Bodies". I guess it's already one of the most successful movies of 2013. Anyway watching it you'll spend your time fine. And here's a couple of screenshots and a poster for you:

The song of the day will be a soundtrack of the film - "Midnight City" by M83 (I'm putting the official video). And at the same time get the trailer.

Be brave and don't be afraid of the zombies! Love's about to save you!

Michelle Phan. "Diva" review. Problems of mind.

9
Already for some months I follow Ms. Michelle Phan on YouTube. Michelle is a cool Asian girl teaching you  how to do make up right. And she does it easy, understandable and funny! And I've finally decided to share my following with you.
It's mostly because I couldn't just leave her video with Marina's "How To Be A Heartbreaker" song! Michelle dedicated it to the Valentine's day, which will be next week. She made it for single girls having fun, so I was having fun too watching the video. But if you've got a boy, you'd like it too ;D

Today I've watched the lastest episode of "Glee" named "Diva", and I'm amazed! Man, I tell you it's one of my favourite episodes ever! And it's all because of... Tina Cohen-Chang! I never thought before how cool she can be (though I never thought she's a loser, no!). And in this episode she's proved to everyone that Tina is a Diva! (I like when it's rhythmic lol). I'm so inspired! I adore her performance of "Hung Up" (originally by gorgeous diva Madonna), can't stop listening to and watching. And the last thing I was impressed is the relationship of Tina and Blain (so-called "Blina". What a hilarious name! It sounds aweful lol). I realize that Blain is totally a gey, but it's so nice seeing him understanding how Tina's important for him. As great Sheldon said, "she's a girl, she's a friend, but not a girlfriend". Let's wait and see what Mr. Ryan Murphy is preparing for us. But a not good thing for me in the episode is the song "Diva". Though I'm absolutely in love with this song by Beyonce, but I haven't liked much the performance of Glee-guys. They did it very well as usually, but not for me. Anyway I want to share with you the "Hung Up" performance of Tina! By this she meant she was telling Blain she had been tired waiting for his attention. Now I love you, Tina Cohen-Chang.

Right now I'm listening to "old" songs - the song I listened to about 3 and more years ago. There're songs from "Fame Monster" by Gaga, from the first Katy Perry's album "One Of The Boys", famous "Womanizer" by the pop-princess Britney and others... I like sometimes do it, it conjures up old memories of those times, mostly pleasent memories. I've noticed bad things aren't connected with any songs in my mind. Or maybe they are, but I just don't remember at the moment. :)
Unfortunately, we cannot control our mind fully. For example, I (and I guess as the majority of people) remember a lot of things I don't really need, but they just fell into my mind. And the opposite situation is when I have to learn something, but it quickly go out of my brain. And how will I pass my history exam?? Ah?
Let's not talking about sad things as the exams, and think of something better. What about the song of the day? If I'm listening to "old" songs now, let it be "old" too. The song of the day will be... "Mannequin" by Katy Perry. The song wasn't so popular in my country (perhaps due to it wasn't a single), but I really like it, so go enjoy too!

And I've got the sweetest kitty for you!

*~ Be brave and don't forget good memories! ~*

P.S. Yesterday it was storming  much again! Exactly 2 weeks ago the snowstorm was, and a week ago it was raining. I hope and pray it'll be good weather next week, because right next Saturday my mom will go to Moscow for her education.

Let Me... do my chemistry homework

5
As you can understand, I'm doing my homework for chemistry, so the post will be short enough. But it will be!
My best friend's become ill, so tomorrow I'll be at school without her. Fortunately, there're still some people who can amuse me :3
The song of the day will be (also as you can understand from the title) a romantic "Let Me Love You", but I like it more by Glee (Jacod Artist in particular), but, of course, Ne-Yo is nice too. Get the both versions! :D

Amazing Handmade

4
As I promised, I'm going to tell you about my new shirt, which I decorated by myself yesterday. So, let's go!
Firstly, prepare everything you need for work. These things are:

  1. A shirt (better not multicolour, but sometimes many colours can be good too)
  2. Square strasses (I had 12 pieces), beads and bugle beads
  3. A needle for the beads
  4. Thread in colour of the strasses and beads
  5. Also scissors and a pencil
Here we go! I started with the corners of the collar. I sewed the strasses along the the edge, and put the rest strass between the rows.

'Before' and 'After'
Do the same for the 2nd corner. Don't be afraid of doing mistakes - you can always correct it. Also sew everything tight, so your work will make you happy for a long time.
Actually only decorated corners look incredible, but it wasn't enough for me. My next step was a small cross on the right side. You can see, the cross isn't difficult in implementation: take a bugle bead for each side and the top and 2 bugle beads for the lower part. I left the middle place empty, but you can sew the bugle beads closer or put there a bead.

Then it goes the hardest part - a word on the back part of the collar made with the beads. But it's worth it! Firstly write the word you've chosen on the place where it's going to be with the pencil. Don't write thick, or it will be seen even though the beads. And here we start, bead by bead...

By the way, my word is "sempre".
From Italian it means "always"

Finally in the end my shirt became super cool, I'm really proud of myself, even though I had to sacrifice my hours of sleeping.  But today my friends at school have liked my masterpiece :D Aaand sooo here I go!

Happy End!:D

Be brave and creative!

Government Who??!

3
Guys! I'm actually making one of the most amazing things I've even made, but I won't tell you what it is, so please wait till tomorrow, I'll make a post about it even with tutorial! :D
Right now I've stopped doing it to do my math homework. They say, it's pretty easy, so let's see.
Today I've been at a musical contest in my music school. The contest's been nice, and generally it always pleasent coming back to your lovely places, where you used to be. Then my music friend and I have gone home talking about movies. But I have gone then actually to the shops with my other friend to buy some "things" to my masterpiece, that you'll see tomorrow!
We haven't heard Lady Gaga for ages in my blog! So the song of the day will be one of my favourite songs of her, and its tittle is "Government Hooker". Yup, the lyrics is provocative enough (as well as Gaga herself), but I really love this song. It's so dancing, moving and sexy. Shake yourself!

I can be good,
If you just wanna be bad.
I can be cool,
If you just wanna be mad.
I can be anything,
I'll be your everything,
Just touch me baby.
I don't wanna be sad.

Also I'm about to give you some sweet pictures as usually:

Adorable Andrew and Ben. Miss them? I do.

Good time! Be brave!

Beautiful Things

2
Hey! It's time for new episode of "Glee" called "Naked"!:D I see it's going to be awesome and... hot! Also I'm already waiting the next episode "Dive", because it's going to be very chickly, and there'll be one of my favourite songs "Diva", originally by gorgeous Beyonce, but I've just watch the performance, so the guys are cool too (especially wearing their amazing dresses).
Today has been birthday of my classmate Arina. Man, it's been just marvellous! Arina, Dasha and I have eaten a pizza, gone for a walk in the shopping mall, and even bought some things. I've bought an absolutely beautiful pendant and an excellent ring. Oh my eyes, I can't take them off of the pendant!! *O*

I just adore shopping, accessories and vintage, so if you want to give me a present, you know what I like ;D
Some days ago I finally bought an album of a fine band "the bird and the bee" with the same name.

It contains 10 nice songs, funny, relaxing and calm. Earlier from this album I'd heard only "Again & Again", so it was interesting to listen to something new. It means the song of the day will be "F*cking Boyfriend" by "the bird and the bee" from the album "the bird and the bee" :)

Be brave. Be beautiful.
