I'm Your Biggest Fan

But I won't stop until that boy is mine
Lady Gaga, "Paparazzi"

Hey, guys! Happy Halloween! While a half of the planet is celebrating the day of the dead wearing cool suits, I do nothing extraordinary. Therefore I'll make here kinda fan-space. Nothing special, but my favourite fan-arts. And a good old song I lately became obsessed with.

Be brave!

P.S. Yeah, it may look like Lanapocalypse.
P.P.S. "THE CARRIE DIARIES" SEASON 2 HAS STARTED! I'm so excited! Have just watched the 1st episode, and it's so coooool!

Versailles The Great

Due to the fact that Ilya missed the Art and Culture lesson, I've bet him to write a post about the Palace of Versailles. And here I go.
We'd had to make a presentation about Versailles, and I decided to make exactly about Galerie des Glaces - the Hall of Mirrors. But here I'll try to get in touch with everything.
Versailles was the royal residence of France for little more than a century (from 1682 until 1789) when the French Revolution began. Louis XIV of France just "expended" a hunting lodge of his father Louis III. Then Louises XIV, XV and XVI called the Palace home. Well, I'd like to have such a home too! Also, this place is connected with two great women I always like reading about - Madame de Pompadour and Marie Antoinette. The both women made a lot of mess in France, and they were gorgeous.
Galerie des Glaces
Le Vau’s plan called for an enfilade of seven rooms, each dedicated to one of the then known planets and their associated titular Roman deity (But building the Hall of Mirrors several of them was destroyed). Le Vau’s plan was bold as he designed a heliocentric system that centred on the Salon of Apollo. The salon d’Apollon originally was designed as the king’s bedchamber, but served as a throne room. During the reign of Louis XIV (until 1689), a solid silver throne stood on a Persian carpet covered dais on the south wall of this room. Thanks Wikipedia for the information. Our teacher constantly interrupted my presentation and told us that now all those silver and golden decoration, fabric wallpapers, chandeliers and furniture don't impress so much, as they did that distant past.
Telling in the nutshell, the Palace of Versailles is a complex reflecting the nature of Louis XIV - Louis the Great, the Sun King.

Here's my little architecture lesson, that's all for that subject.

I wanna be a real fake
Marina And The Diamonds, "Teen Idle"

Hello, guys! I'm happy being here to introduce you my special Halloween design. I guess, it's going to stay here for a week, till Halloween go out and everybody stops celebrating. But here in Russia we don't celebrate Halloween, and to somehow fill this whole, I've decided to bring a Halloween mood here, to my holy blog.

Kitty Chocolate Cat

I didn't do it yesterday, but I've done it today. I've bought the headband made as cat's ears! SO CUTE HOLD ME I'M TURNING GIRLISH HULK WHERE'S ALL MY PINK STUFF. Also I've bought a hair clip with kinda rabbit's ears. Though I've got them for pretty indecent price, but I can't help loving them. My shopaholic nature is bourgeois.

Beauty Shopping. Kitty Headband. Smile.

Yesterday I never went to school, though the weather was ok, even pretty warm, not counting after-rain dirt everywhere.
In the evening I was watching the last episode of "The Vampire Diaries". Oh, I hadn't cried so much... since "Glee" episode about Cory... :C And there, in "The Vampire Diaries" guys told goodbye to Bonnie, although she'll be next to them anyhow. And Tyler came back!
Of course, all my free time of yesterday (not including watching the series and buying some stuff after the lesson - you're going to read about it below) I played "The Sims 3", and my sim even met some mermaids. Oh, so cute and aaawesome!
On having my English lesson I did some shopping. Here comes my favourite passion!

Blog Power

Have you missed me? I guess, no. But I've missed you with my blog. Today at my English lesson we somehow talked a bit about my blog and about my "undisclosed desire" to be a famous blogger. Yeah, why not?..

Literature Day

Today my day's been full of humanitarian, philological atmosphere, and that's why. The first lesson at school was literature. Then my friend and I went to the Olympiad for - you wouldn't believe - literature. And after it we had an optional lesson for - guess what? - literature! Yey! Thankfully, I love this subject, so it didn't bother me visiting all that literature stuff.
As you know, now I read "Peaches for Monsieur le Curé", and also still have an aim to finish "Master and Margarita" by Bulgakov. Moreover, to pass my literature exam well (better excellent) I should recall all our programme literature since the 9th and even earlier grade.
One my friend said he'd pass a final exam for literature, but he's going to enter the institute of oil development. That means he doesn't need literature to pass, so my question is why does he want to strain himself even more than we've all already strained? Anyway, it's his decision, and our option lessons will be funnier with him.
Nowadays at school we study Anton Chekhov, exacter - "The Cherry Orchard". I know Chekhov's plays are pretty popular in Europe theaters, and that fact makes me feel proud about Russian culture. For our island Chekhov is a special person, because he was here and even wrote the book "Sakhalin". Therefore we have everything in his honour: a street, a theater, a museum and etc. But what about me, I'm not so huge fan of Mr. Chekhov.
Well, if we have a literature day today, I can't help sending you a poem. Lately I show passion to our poets of the beginning of the XXth century. In general, my favourite poet is Alexander Blok, as you've already known, but also I love Marina Tsvetaeva, Robert Rozhdestvensky, Nikolay Gumilev, some works by Vladimir Mayakovsky. Of course, I prefer their poems about love, not about revolution. And here's a poem by Marina Tsvetaeva dedicated to my favourite Blok.

Your name is a finch in my hand,
A small bit of ice on tongue’s end
One movement of lips slightly stirred,
Your name is a four-letter word
A marble right-caught in mid-air,
A silvery tinkle of bells at a fair

A stone cast in a placid pond
Will snort in the likeness of family bond
As light as the clip-clop of horses’ hoofs,
As loud as the cling-clang of steel-shod hoofs ...
The dry-click of firing-pin at our head
Will sharply recall as your name is said

Your name is like – that I say not!
It’s like a kiss on the eyes wrought
When shut, they are laden with frosty grace …
Your name is like kissing a snow-swept glaze
A draught of cool blue from a spring-cleft rock,
Your name grants deep sleep around the clock

And a night picture today are with the quote from my favourite book "Chocolat" by Joanne Harris.

The song of the day is linked with the literature only with having lyrics. I've heard this song for the first time only today, but I've immediately recognized the style of "Rizzle Kicks". You know, I like those guys, and the song is "Skip To The Good Bit". Enjoy!

Be brave!

Miss Y Am I Thinking So Much?

That's how our stadium was opened
with our mayor, and behind him
my 2 classmates holding
Olympiad Games flag
Today's been really exhausting day for me. My mom's told it's all because of the full moon in the sky, but if you knew my mother, you'd know what I think about it. However, my classmate and friend Arina also admitted at school, that the day is tough. Today's been our fist lesson at our new school stadium. Well, the stadium is cool (it has a football ground, 2 basketball playgrounds, a round racetrack and training apparatuses), but the weather was cool too, even damn cold, but we still had to run 15 rounds around, but I couldn't do that and suffer pain in my lags, so I've run only 11-12 rounds. I think I better work up my running skill and do it later properly. Our PE teacher said we can visit our rang in the evening any day we want. Well, maybe, my friend and I will go there one day. After PE lesson we got horrible maths lesson, you know, maths is evil.
My English lesson didn't brought me anything new, but after it I bought dark-blue tights finally. I'd wanted them to wear my weird dark-blue dress, and now I can do this. The tights have a sweet effect of the socks. So kawaii! (though the photo suck, imo)

Yesterday Dasha and I watched latest episodes of "The Vampire Diaries" and "The Originals". That was CRAZY! Everything's mixed up in both series, so now we can't help longing to now what's further! My fav moment is when Stephan turned our to forget everyone and everything. What does he remember? What is he going to do?
Moreover, today I slept having come home from the English lesson. And I had a mad dream! There I was late to my English lesson for 3 hours (!), met Nicky Minaj in my city, and even had time to rip my new dark-blue tights! All in all, it was insane.
Right now my friends are having fun somewhere, that's cool. Why am I not with them? Because as I said I was sleeping, and it was impossible for me to do anything. If I had joined them, I'd be like an amoeba. LOL I'm really happy we've got our amazing classmates. I think our parallel classes aren't so great and friendly as ours. Even though Ilya's from a parallel class.
I've started reading "Peaches for Monsieur le Curé". It's the 3rd book from Chocolat Trilogy with Vianne Rocher as the main character. I really like the series and Joanne Harris in general. Probably, after "Peaches for Monsieur le Curé" I'll read her other works.
Actually, sometimes I dwell on some thoughts, and that makes me alarmed. I keep on thinking about something that's never happened or will never happen, that I could be better, I should've dome something in another way, that people except something totally different from me and I fall short of their exceptions. It's abnormal, I should go with my stream; but I can't help asking myself what if I am wrong? Maybe, I just need to be told I do everything right.
And the song of the day is gonna be "Miss Y" by gorgeous Marina And The Diamonds.

I feel like a substitute,
Sitting on the sideline,
Clicking every single finger,
Waiting for the right time.

I feel like a substitute,
Sitting pretty in my prime,
I’m about to play the game,
Guess I’m running out of time.

Drop your knees to the floor,
Hands to the sky.
Give a round of applause for,
The great Miss Y.

I walked all night ‘round in the dark,
Just to be standing here.
Only to feel like nobody,
I’m Miss Y am I here?

I walked all night ‘round in the dark,
Just to be standing here.
Only to feel like nobody,
I’m Miss Y am I here?

And the lights make me stronger,
The longer that you have to wait,
For the honour, the honour to be great.

Woah-oh-oh, oh-oh,
Woah-oh-oh, oh-oh,
Oh-oh oh, oh.

I feel like I’m stuck inside a race,
Feel like I’m catching up,
Oh Marina! What a shame!
You didn’t make the upper cut.

I feel like I’m stuck inside a race,
Feel like I’m catching up,
Oh Marina, we’re so sorry,
But you didn’t make the cut.

Drop your knees to the floor,
Hands to the sky.
Give a round of applause for,
The great Miss Y.

I walked all night ‘round in the dark,
Just to be standing here.
Only to feel like nobody,
I’m Miss Y am I here?

I walked all night ‘round in the dark,
Just to be standing here.
Only to feel like nobody,
I’m Miss Y am I here?

And the lights make me stronger,
The longer that you have to wait,
For the honour, the honour to be great.

Woah-oh-oh, oh-oh,
Woah-oh-oh, oh-oh,
Oh-oh oh, oh.

Be brave, you're gorgeous

I don't speak German, but I can if you like

No homework - no obstacles to write.
Yesterday I made a cool hair style, and it still lasts! But right after the moment I took the rollers off, I looked like a clown!

Yesterday
Today
Also yesterday I took part in the second step of our English Olympiad. I don't know why our teacher brought so many pupils for the 2nd step - Ilya and I were the best.
I think about revising my Italiano knowledge. Even though I've stopped learning not to hinder my final state exam preparation, I shouldn't forget what I've already known. And frankly speaking I know enough to understand the simplest texts. Moreover, I read in an excellent way. But only I graduating school, I'll renew my self-learning.
Cool news - Ms. Perry has finally released her new album "Prism"! I'll definitely buy it! (When we get it in our city) For now my favourite songs of the album are "Dark Horse" and "Legendary Lovers".

The last one is kinda Indian-style, so soon I'm gonna have a play list with the song made with Indian melodies. But I'm not sure about the album cover. I though it'd have more swag as well as "Roar" would. But I was right neither about "Roar", nor about "Prism" cover.
Of course, I'm also waiting for Lady Gaga's "ARTPOP", especially with the fact that she mentions Russians in one song ("CUZ I LOVE LOVE CUZ I LOVE LOVE YOU BETTER THAN YOU BETTER THAN, MY DARKEST SIN. RUUUUSSSSSIAN HOOOOOKERS ANDD CHEEAPP GIIIIIIN"). So proud of Russia!! LOL
And even more I'm longing for the new season of my fabulous "Doctor Who"! BTW, Mark Gatiss celebrates his BDay today. Happy Birthday, troll!
Why have I put the line from Gaga's "Scheiße" in the title? I don't know. Probably, just because I'm listening to it right now. I really love her albums "Monster", "The Fame Monster" and "Born This Way". I hope, "ARTPOP" is going to be the same cool.
Ah, nearly forgot! Today's been the first snow! The winter is coming and all the jazz. Yeah, it's pretty damn cold outside!
So, sweeties, get your song of the day and go. I should sleep a bit.

Shots... EVERYBODY

The city is my church
"Midnight City", M83

Hey, guys. Here I am sober, tired and having strange feelings withing my body. Well, they're not strange,  I felt this way before, but you know, it's always unpleasant to feel... the hangover. I'm not going to describe what we drank, but I just say it was amazing. It was my first time I tasted tequila. I immediately recall the song "Tequila Sunrise" by "The Eagles", though we drank tequila without any sunrises.
Due to the fact that the party was dedicated to my friend's and my Birthdays, I got some presents.
Firstly, I was presented the cutest money box in the world. It's "Mischief Bank" with the cat. THAT'S SO CUTE I CAN'T HELP GIVING IT MY MONEY! ^___________^

Moreover, my sweet crush gave me "Hugo Boss Femme" fragrance. Maybe, he can read thoughts, but I'd longed for a new perfume, and told only my girls about it. I treat fragrances as presents that can't always be successful, but only if you know what smell a person likes for sure. And I'd hardly pick out that "Hugo Boss Femme", because it's kinda 'not my scent', but it's still nice and it's presented by the boy I like. So, do I care about what I've just written? No. Now "Hugo Boss Femme" is my favourite one.

Another friend, Dasha (yeah, my third friend Dasha), granted me awesome accessories. It's the very style I love! Roses, vintage, old gold (it's not gold, though). I'm gonna put it on right tomorrow.

Right now I'm watching new episodes of some series. Tonight I'm going to cry a river with the new episode of "Glee". Cory, Cory...
As long as I don't know what to write, here's you night pictures.

In the beginning I wanted to make "Shots" by LMFAO the song of the day, because this song totally reflects our amazing party. But while I've been writing, I've listened to "Midnight City" by M83 (you can notice it in my night images), so I give you 2 songs of the day.

No Pajama Party

Yey, today I feel up to write a little.
This week Dasha and I take photos of ourselves and our classmates for our future graduating album. It's not so easy as it should be, because out mates are difficult to gather in one day. One has a lesson with the tutor, another goes in for the club, so we had troubles deciding the meeting time. But here some photos we've taken. Firstly, Dasha and I came only together to find good places for photos and took ones of ourselves.

And yesterday and today we've paid all our attention to our classmates.

Fortunately, our mates don't annoy us too much, so we generally have fun shooting. Well, Dasha takes photos, and I help her morally.
And we all can't help waiting for tomorrow! You know what I'm talking about - a big party dedicated to the Birthdays of mine and Ilya's. I hope it'll be great. And of course it will! All I except from this party is fun and getting drunk. That's all. And no sleep!
Continuing my little marathon of Ms. Kills, the song of the day today is going to be "Controversy". What a sexy song again!

The first time I tried listening to Natalia Kills, I decided to watch a music video of hers, and I didn't like it much. But then Cherry Lady showed me (better say "gave me to listen to") "Controversy", and I fell for. So cool, so tempting. So controversy.
